Shipping rates depend on the selected shipping speed and weight  / size of the items.

To determine the applicable shipping rate for items in your Cart:

1. Select Proceed to Checkout
2. Select or add your shipping address
3. Select a shipping speed and select Continue
4. Select a payment method and select Continue

Return policy details

• Please contact Customer Services and request "Return Authorisation" before you send your item back to us. 
• Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. 
• Returns must be postmarked within 4 business days of authorisation and must be in resellable condition. 
• Returns are shipped at the customer's risk. 
• We cannot take responsibility for items which are lost or damaged in transit. 
• Accepted returns are refunded by the method in which you paid less a restocking fee of 10%. 
• For purchases where a shipping charge was paid, there will be no refund of the original shipping charge.
